Community Forklift Celebrates 3 Years of Success
- Opened for business on November 17, 2005
- Diverted over 3 million dollars worth of building materials from the landfill
- Provided low cost materials and support to local homeowners, contractors, and builders
- Employs 12 "green collar" workers and supports additional employment through partner organizations
- Provided materials and assistance to dozens of local non-profit organizations
- Educated the community at over 60 events
